The overarching theme of this year’s Conference is Sustainable Development in the Times of COVID-19. Read more…       FOOD SECIRITY DASHBOARD: On 4th Nov, SDPI has shared the first prototype of Food Security Dashboard with Dr Moeed Yousaf, the Special Assistant to Prime Minister on  National Security and Economic Outreach in the presence of stakeholders, including Ministry of National Food Security and Research. Provincial and district authorities attended the event in person or through zoom. The dashboard will help the government monitor and regulate the supply chain of essential food commodities.

Foreign Policy of Pakistan in Context of Strategic Coercion

SDPI is a policy research institute and the primer civil society think tank in Pakistan, which produces knowledge on sustainable development and engages with governments, civil society and private sector on policy issues.
The Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) is organizing a seminar on “Foreign Policy of Pakistan in Context of Strategic Coercion” on 28th February 2019, from 09:00 to 17:00 hours, at Sheesh Mahal hall, Serena Hotel, Islamabad. 
The seminar will be focusing on “Pakistan’s foreign policy in the context of strategic coercion”. The implications of strategic coercion for Pakistan are quite high as it has been subjected to variety of coercive tactics. The seminar aims to draw insights and expert opinions from academia, foreign policy experts, media, International law experts, politicians and think-tanks on the subject.
