Gulmina Bilal Ahmad,
the first female Chairperson of NAVTTC since February 2024, brings 25 years of
experience in youth skill building, gender inclusiveness, and effective
governance. A recognized international facilitator, she has led various
initiatives in countering violence extremism and promoting social cohesion
across multiple global platforms.
