Mr Adnan Pasha Siddiqui is Advisor to the Federal Minister for Finance & Revenue on Special Initiatives, Finance Division, Government of Pakistan.

He is a senior finance professional with extensive experience in banking, global markets and development finance. Before joining the Finance Division, he held senior leadership positions at HBL, including Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. He was formally appointed Advisor on Special Initiatives in March 2025 and currently works on cross-cutting economic priorities including innovative financing, demographic policy, human capital and development finance.
