Mr Alan Wheeler is Chief Executive Officer of the Textile Recycling Association, which represents businesses engaged in used-textile collection, sorting and recycling. He is also General Delegate of the textiles division of the Bureau of International Recycling. His work connects the practical interests of recyclers with regulatory developments and international trade.
