Mr Ali Raza Bhutta is a former Federal Secretary of the Power Division and the Petroleum Division, Ministry of Energy. A senior public administrator, he has held key federal and provincial positions in poverty alleviation, finance, education, science and technology, and human rights. He has since undertaken advisory engagements with international development organisations, including UNICEF Pakistan and the United Nations Development Programme. His experience spans public administration, energy governance and policy implementation.
