Mr Arsalan Ahmed Raja is a Programme Coordinator at the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Government of Pakistan, where he works to advance youth empowerment, inclusive participation and opportunities for young people, in line with Sustainable Development Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). He has contributed to initiatives engaging more than two million young Pakistanis. He has also led the Prime Minister’s Talent Hunt Programme since its launch in December 2021, creating opportunities for more than 500,000 young athletes across a range of sports. He supports coordination with the Prime Minister’s Esports Task Force on developing Pakistan’s esports ecosystem. His expertise includes policy analysis, data-driven research, digital media strategy and content development. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Public Policy.
