Mr Ashfaq Yousuf Tola is a chartered accountant, tax specialist and corporate law expert with over 30 years of experience in economic policy. He is President of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) and a former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He has also served as Minister of State and founding Chairman of the Reforms and Resource Mobilization Commission (RRMC), where he led major reforms of the national tax laws. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).
