Mr Asif Peer is a technology executive and corporate strategist driving Pakistan’s global digital footprint. He serves as the Group CEO and Managing Director of Systems Limited, Pakistan’s premier IT company, a multi-year recipient of Forbes Asia’s ‘Best Under a Billion’ award, and the first local IT company to exceed a PKR 100 billion market cap. Rising through the corporate ranks since 1996, including a leadership tenure at Visionet Systems Inc. in the US, he became CEO in 2013. He is a Board Member of the Federal Board of Investment (BoI) and a former President of the American Business Council of Pakistan. He is a recipient of the Sitara-e-Imtiaz for his contributions to the IT sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi.
