Mr Kamil Maqsood leads policy and strategic planning at the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Government of Pakistan. His work supports the Division’s planning and policy agenda as it takes on national responsibility for integrated energy planning across all energy sources, working closely with the Power Planning and Monitoring Company, the Division’s policy and technical arm.
