Mr Mahmood Hassan is Additional Secretary-II at the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination, Government of Pakistan. As part of the ministry’s senior leadership, he helps oversee Pakistan’s climate and environmental agenda, including climate finance, environmental legislation, forestry, and coordination with international partners under frameworks such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
