Mr Naseer Memon is Senior Adviser on Water Governance and Climate Change at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute, Islamabad. A development professional, policy analyst, author and public speaker, he has more than 20 years of leadership experience across the humanitarian, environmental, corporate and academic sectors. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Strengthening Participatory Organization and as General Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility, at Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company. He has also held advisory roles with the World Bank, the World Wide Fund for Nature and national committees on green financing and flood disasters. His expertise covers water governance, transboundary hydro-diplomacy, community-level climate resilience and the distribution of public resources. Mr Memon has authored more than 15 books and writes regular op-eds for Dawn and The News International.
