Mr Saleem Ullah is Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Pakistan. He has over 28 years of central banking experience, having held senior positions at the State Bank and served as Managing Director of the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation. His expertise spans digital financial services, financial inclusion, agricultural credit, development finance, Islamic banking and strategic management. He holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.
