Mr Scott Jacobs is a global expert on regulatory reform, deregulation strategy and business environments with 40 years of international experience. He is Managing Director of Jacobs, Cordova & Associates, an international consulting group based in Washington DC that has worked on regulatory problems in 160 countries. He previously organised and directed the Programme on Regulatory Reform at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in Paris, where he authored the first global benchmarks for regulatory quality. He has worked closely with the Government of Pakistan on regulatory reform and received the Regulatory Reform Champion Award from the Prime Minister for his advisory work on the SMART Initiative. He holds a graduate degree from Princeton University.
