Mr Yasir Ali is a corporate strategist and expert in public policy and stakeholder engagement with over two decades of global experience. He serves as the Vice President and Chief Government Relations Officer at Engro Corporation, where he directs the group’s strategic regulatory affairs, external relations, and ease-of-doing-business initiatives across all business units. Before joining Engro in 2022, he spent 13 years at Shell Pakistan in various leadership positions and held key commercial roles in Australia with Telstra and Primus Telecom. His core expertise lies in process transformation, process optimisation, and resolving complex regulatory friction between corporate conglomerates and state institutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University, Australia.
