Ms Laraib Ghaffar is a Domain Expert at Pakistan Single Window, where she contributes to the digitalisation of cross-border trade processes. A career civil servant, she has six years of experience in Pakistan Customs, with expertise in trade facilitation, cargo assessment and intellectual property rights enforcement. Her work includes initiatives such as the Airport Community System, Electronic Bank Guarantees and the digitalisation of the Marine Fisheries Department. She also delivers training on digital trade facilitation to traders, customs officers and other stakeholders. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
