Ms Musarat Jabeen is Executive Director at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), where she leads the Chairman’s Secretariat, International Relations and the Anti-Money Laundering Department, and serves as official spokesperson. She is the SECP’s nominee director on the Board of the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. She has over 25 years of experience in public policy, governance and capital market oversight, and received the Khatoon-e-Pakistan Award in 2024.
