Dr Fareeha Armughan has 14 years of experience, where for seven years, she worked in the commercial & Islamic banking and leasing sector of Pakistan at various positions and managed portfolios of consumer and corporate banking and consumer and industrial leasing. She has also managed a Public Sector Development Project (PSDP) worth USD 154 million.

She delivers Training of Trainers (ToT) to multiple in class-sessions on evidence-based policy to all tiers of Civil Services of Pakistan - Commons Training Program (CTP), Senior Management Course (SMC), and Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC). She holds a PhD in Economics specialising in financial inclusion and governance.
