Mohsin Ali has recently awarded his PhD degree in Statistics. He has done MPhil and MSc. from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
He is a highly motivated and result-oriented professional with diversified experience of over 11 years in the demographic surveys and data management. Currently, he is the Team Lead of a UNDP project at SDPI.
Earlier, he has performed as Statistical Analyst with World Bank and Manager Enumeration (Cluster 2 and 3) of the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) Survey, Government of Pakistan. He had also been involved in processing monitoring and evaluation to ensure the international standards. He has done various assignments with World Bank, UNICEF, WFP, UNDP, DFID, DAI, FAO, AKF and NRSP. He has produced a lot of research papers on Bayesian Statistics that have been published in national and international impact factor journals.
In addition, he is the visiting faculty member of School of Business Management, School of Politics and International Relations, and Department of Statistics at the Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
