Mustapha is the founding CEO and Director of Dar-Es-Salaam Farms (Private) Limited.

Mr. Mustapha work on agriculture innovations, particularly climate-smart technologies and sustainable agriculture, has been covered by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), The Consortium of International Agricultural Research Centers (CGIAR), The Federal Association of Consumers, Germany (Verbraucher Initiative e.V.), and Nestlé Pakistan Limited, amongst others.

He has received trainings in innovations in Agriculture from The Netherlands, Japan, Australia, and Taiwan.
