Ms Karon Shaiva is an entrepreneur, writer, and trainer with over 25 years of experience across sectors in Asia and the United States. She founded Idobro, a social enterprise for inclusion, and the RISE Infinity Foundation, promoting Practical Peace. A Chevening CRISP Fellow from Oxford and an alumna of the Swedish Institute, Ms Shaiva passionately advocates for gender balance, sustainability, and social innovation, guiding leaders and enterprises to advance social impact and environmental responsibility.
