  • The resurgence of floods in Pakistan is due to its lack of water management. Therefore, efforts to enhance water storage capacities should be the prime focus of the government. 
  • Approximately, 40% of wheat is lost every year because of improper storage facilities in Pakistan. Therefore, the provision of proper storage facilities to farmers needs to be ensured.
