Bolormaa Amgaabazar is currently Country Director of the World Bank in Pakistan. Previously, she was Operations Manager for the World Bank in Indonesia and Timor-Leste. Ms. Amgaabazar oversaw the Bank’s portfolio for both countries and supported the implementation of the Country Partnership Framework, as well as the policy dialogue with government counterparts and other partners.
Prior to this position, Ms. Amgaabazar was the Country Manager for the Kyrgyz Republic, and in 2014, Country Representative for Timor-Leste.
Ms. Amgaabazar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.
