Dr. Babar Shahbaz is a Professor (Ag Extension Education and Rural Development) at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. He is an established researcher with extensive experience in livelihood futures, natural resource management, climate change, agricultural extension, and food systems.
He has led several interdisciplinary research projects with both international and national collaboration. Dr. Shahbaz holds a doctorate in Agri. Extension & Rural Development and has completed Postdoctoral fellowships from the Korea Development Institute and Zurich University, Switzerland. He has published over 75 research papers, 3 books, and many book chapters.
