Dr Julia Skorupska is Head of Secretariat at the Powering Past Coal Alliance (PPCA). She joined the Secretariat in November 2022 and draws on a diplomatic background, having served for over a decade in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (UK) with postings in China, South Asia, the Middle East and Egypt.
