Dr Kala Oshadhi Peiris De Costa is the Director of the Centre for Women’s Research (CENWOR), based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. She is also affiliated with the Sri Lanka Centre for Development Facilitation (SLCDF) where she contributes to initiatives focused on inclusive development, social justice and public policy reform. Dr Peiris De Costa is an attorney-at-law by training and holds a doctorate in business. She is recognised as the first Sri Lankan woman to be selected as an Eisenhower Fellow.
