Dr Khalid Waleed is a Research Fellow and Head of Energy & Climate at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) in Pakistan. With over a decade of experience in Pakistan’s energy and climate policy domain, he specialises in energy markets, carbon trading, macroeconomic modelling, and climate finance, advocating for a sustainable and inclusive energy transition. He holds a PhD in Energy Economics.
