Dr Mahrukh Shams is a medical doctor and public health professional whose work focuses on addressing real world health challenges. Her MPH research examined exacerbation of intimate partner violence during COVID-19 in Pakistan. She is passionate about advancing public health solutions to build a safer and more resilient post-COVID-19 world.
