Dr Nabeel Goheer is PATH’s Chief for the Asia, Middle East, and Europe (AMEE) Region, leading programmes across Asia and Europe. With nearly 25 years of global experience, he has held senior roles at the Commonwealth Secretariat, International Labour Organization (ILO), the World Bank, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Government of Pakistan. Dr Goheer earned his PhD in Management from the University of Cambridge and holds additional degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Harvard University, and the International University of Japan.
