Engr. Ahad Nazir is Associate Research Fellow at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) in Islamabad, bringing over fifteen years of multidisciplinary experience in engineering, project management and economic policy reform. A mechanical engineer by training with credentials including PMP® and PRINCE2® certifications, he has overseen projects in the energy sector (covering wind, solar, hydro, thermal and gas) and led major initiatives in public-private dialogue, investment climate reform and green growth. His current focus is on designing and facilitating evidence-based policy interventions that strengthen Pakistan’s private sector engagement, sustainable infrastructure and regulatory environment
