Muhammad Ameen Keryo is Chairperson & CEO of Sindhica Reforms Society (SRS), based in Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, Pakistan. He pioneered the first constructed wetland (reed-bed) wastewater treatment system in Pakistan and has overseen the implementation of over 200 such units nationwide; and provides environmental consultancy in areas of biological/mechanical wastewater treatment, low-cost sanitation systems, community mobilisation and environmental conservation. He has held leadership roles in various networks and alliances: Country Coordinator for Pakistan under the FSM Alliance (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) and Regional Focal Person for South Asia at the GEF CSO Network.
