Prof. Dr Irshad Ahmad Arshad is a distinguished statistician currently serving as Chairman of the Department of Statistics at Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad, where he also acts as Director, Board of Advanced Studies & Research. He is known for his expertise in survey sampling, randomised response techniques and data-analysis methods, and has supervised numerous research theses in econometrics and applied statistics.
