Adina Bano serves as HR Assistant at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), Islamabad. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad.

She has a strong interest in human resource management, organizational development, and sustainable development. In her role at SDPI, she supports a range of HR functions and contributes to fostering an efficient and collaborative workplace. Alongside her professional responsibilities, Adina has actively participated in environmental and community development initiatives through the Pakistan Girl Guides Association and other volunteer platforms, reflecting her commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development.
