Dr. Ranga Pallawala serves as the Key Expert on integrating Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) into Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and ensuring compliance with global and regional multilateral environmental and climate change agreements under the SWITCH-Asia Policy Support Component of the SWITCH-Asia Programme. He brings extensive expertise in international climate change negotiations, collaborating with governments, businesses, and civil society to evaluate and develop strategies for achieving and adhering to international climate standards.
