Engineer Jabbar is the chief executive of Qaim Automotive Manufacturing (Private) Limited, chairman of Karachi Tools, Dies & Moulds Centre, Honorary Consul General of Ukraine, member of the board of directors of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, member of the board of director of Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority, member of the Privatization Commission of Pakistan, member of the senate of NED University of Engineering and Technology and a life member of SAARC Chamber and Commerce and Industry. Earlier, he has been vice-president of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce, Industry and chairman of the SITE Association of Industry, member of the board of governors of Pakistan Institute of Management, member of the board of Export Processing Zone Authority, National Fertilizer Corporation, Sui Southern Gas Company, Exide Limited Pakistan and a syndicate member of the Karachi University. Engineer Jabbar has over three decades of experience in engineering industries and power generation. A certified safety engineer, he has a bachelors’ degree in engineering.
