Program/Project Rational and Background

The Feasibility Study on Plastic Recycling towards a Circular Future in Pakistan seeks to contribute to this broader objective by assessing the feasibility of plastic recycling initiatives among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and identifying opportunities to promote circular economy principles within the Pakistan context. Through a combination of research, capacity-building, and stakeholder engagement, the study aims to develop tailored solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities associated with plastic waste management in Pakistan. By fostering collaboration between key stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, civil society organizations, and local communities, the study aims to catalyze positive change and promote sustainable development in Pakistan's waste management sector.
