Khurram Shahzad is an MBA in Human Resource Management. As an innovative and results-driven HR professional, he is committed to helping organizations thrive by leveraging their greatest asset – human capital. Since joining SDPI in July 2019, he has been overseeing and implementing a range of HR strategies that have proven essential to the organization's growth and success.
With a track record of recruiting over 10,000 diverse talents across various fields organizations, he has developed expertise in diverse HR functions where he has contributed his skills to projects with respected donors, such as Hazara Integrated Rural Development Program (HIRDP), UKAID, IRC, PPAF, TDEA, OXFAM, CRS, CONCERN worldwide, DIAKONIE, UNDP, CARE International, DAI, GIZ, Oxfam Novib, World Vision, The Asia Foundation, and National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER).
His expertise spans over a wide range of HR disciplines, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, strategic recruitment, contract processing, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. He is proficient in designing and implementing HR information systems, conducting management training, and fostering organizational development efforts to enhance workplace culture. Further, he has competency in policy and procedure review, payroll management, and internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
