Mr Ahmed is currently doing his PhD in Business Management from Al-Medina International University, Malaysia. He specializes in supply chain management and procurement. His experience spans over 12 years in the development sector as well as industrial supply management. Over the years, he has gained expertise in Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and regulations, particularly relevant to complex procurement procedures. The key area of his strength is related to human resources management, including contract management, negotiations, and conflict resolution.  

As a team player and the head of Administration Unit, he has successfully managed series of international conferences and seminars. He remained instrumental in implementing various project deliverables such as AWAZ- Voice and Accountability Program, Benazir Income Support Programme – National Socio-Economic Registry). He has worked with various national and international donor agencies, including GIZ, CUTS, IDRC, FCDO, and UNDP.  

Besides, Mr Ahmed is involved in improving institutional efficiency and resource management through automation and system approaches. In the field, he has also administered large surveys, including BISP survey wherein he managed more than 100 field offices with more than 350 staff for three years.
