Rana Nazir Mahmood, a seasoned development sector professional with over 34 years of extensive experience in program planning, large‑scale survey management, research, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational leadership across Pakistan. Currently, I am working as Director Implementation and Survey at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), where I lead complex national‑level assignments and strengthen evidence‑based decision-making. My career includes key roles with WWF‑Pakistan, multiple United Nations agencies, and the commercial agriculture sector, where I have successfully managed major initiatives such as the NSER rollout for BISP, health and nutrition assessments, food security analyses, Third-Party Validations, and numerous baseline and impact evaluations. Highly skilled in PAPI and CAPI methodologies, financial and human resource management, and strategic engagement with government and development partners, I have consistently delivered impactful, data-driven development interventions. I remain committed to driving innovative solutions, strengthening policy processes, and advancing the well-being of marginalized communities across Pakistan.
