Shahid M. Minhas holds a Master Degree in Social Sciences from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, Commonwealth Diploma in Youth in Development Work and Post Graduation Diploma in Victimology and Victims Assistance, from Tokiwa International University, Japan. He has 17 years of diversified experience of working with communities, managing projects, teaching at university and grooming youth leadership and teachers trainings. He has worked with national, International organization and UN Organizations, including, IRC, ICMC, FPAP-Rehnuma, KNDF and DART-Ways, across Pakistan, AJK and Gilgit Baltistan. He has served as Director International Center for Civil Society and Cooperatives and Director External Linkages at University of Gujrat. Mr. Minhas is a certified Master Trainer for advocacy and leadership programs, by Leadership Development Mechanism (LDM), Institute of International Education (IIE), San Francisco. Shahid is HEC trained Master Trainer for university teaching and learning methodologies. He is the founder executive of Youth Leadership Development Program (YLDF), and has organized a number of national and International leadership events and conferences in collaboration with LDMPK, CASC, USA, University of Central Lancashire, UK, and Global Youth Leadership, UK. Currently he is heading the Centre for Capacity Building at Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI) a premier think task, in Islamabad, Pakistan.
