Non Executive Director of Packages and IGI Insurance and Abbott Laboratories; Chairman of IGI Life Insurance

Mr Khan is non-executive director of Packages Limited, IGI Insurance Limited and Abbott Laboratories. He is also a member of the advisory committee of Center for International Private Enterprise. Mr Khan joined civil service in 1962 and retired as federal secretary commerce. He then worked at the Corporate Law Authority which regulated corporate sector – first as a member and then as chairman – changing it into the Securities and Exchange Commission. He also served as member and chairman of Pakistan Center for Philanthropy’s certification panel and has worked as a consultant for Asian Development Bank, World Bank and British Department for International Development (DFID) too.
