Background
With sprawling Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) networks and greater global connectivity, the cyber threats will continue to increase in frequency, complexity, and impact. As the IT and Telecom Technology rapidly evolves, so do the cyber-attacks increase in frequency and lethality. With expanding cyberspace, the cyber attackers continue to advance their tool and tactics. Over the years, various categories of cyber-attacks have increased manifold. Pakistan has also been a victim of such attacks. To cope with the menace, dynamic policies and laws are needed. Pakistan has such a policy and relevant laws which obviously cannot be static, and which must evolve to keep pace with the impending threats and risks......
