Program/Project Rationale and Background

The project conducted an assessment based on a mapping exercise of current SCP status (potential & priority sectors) from the sub-region and identify key sub-regional emerging issues while establishing linkage with SCP principles to tackle these issues. In addition, the assessment focuses on the progress and implementation challenges of a National Action Plan on SCP and identifies possible ways forward.
