Introduction:

The Think Tank Initiative (TTI) is a programme designed by International Development Research Centre (IDRC) to strengthen the independent policy research organizations to become more influential and sustainable.

The rigorous course of selection process aims at helping organizations identify a long-term strategy to develop its own robust research agenda, improve key aspects of its organizational performance, and increase its ability to inform and influence policy.

TTI helped SDPI embark on a long-term organizational development process and use the core funding and technical support to help place the institution on a transformational path. SDPI has entered its fourth and last year of TTI grant.
