Ihtesham ul Haq is a Research Assistant at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute (SDPI), currently working in the Ecological Sustainability and Circular Economy unit. He has presented research papers at international conferences and actively engages in climate change advocacy and policy discourse. A COP29 delegate and dedicated climate activist, Ihtesham has worked with INGOs to lead research and advocacy efforts aimed at mitigating climate-related disasters and supporting vulnerable communities. His expertise spans climate change science, climate finance, climate justice, and food security, underpinned by strong experience in national and regional climate projects.
